Recently refurbished, the cheerful, contemporary interior has cosy armchairs and open fires as well as plenty of space for diners. Outside there are extensive terraces and decking providing an idyllic setting on a sunny day, where you can enjoy a meal, coffee, glass of wine or pint and just listen to the gentle rippling of the water and watch the world go by.

The team of chefs have created exciting and imaginative menus featuring local produce for lunch and dinner, taking great pride in preparation and presentation. As well as our A la Carte menu, we also have a lighter lunchtime menu and a blackboard menu featuring daily special fish dishes using seasonal catches. On a Sunday you can enjoy a traditional home cooked Sunday lunch with all the trimmings, then if you still have room, perhaps one of our delicious puddings.

Directions

From A55 / Chester

Leave the A55 at the junction with the A483, following signs for the A483 south to Wrexham.  Remain on the A483 for 4.2 miles until the junction with the B5102 (signed Rossett). At the next roundabout take the first exit (Rossett/Holt), proceed into Rossett past the watermill. The Alyn will be seen on the left. Turn left into Station Road, the entrance is then on the left.

From A483 / Wrexham

Leave the A483 at the junction with the B5102. At the roundabout at the top of the sliproad. Turn right, passing over the A483, and continue straight over at the next mini roundabout. Follow signs to Rossett, Holt and B5102. At the next roundabout take the first exit (Rossett/Holt), proceed into Rossett past the watermill. The Alyn will be seen on the left. Turn left into Station Road, the entrance is then on the left.

We have our own car park which you enter via Station Road, or alternatively free parking is available a short distance further along Station Road.
